On august 18th, we had Dan “Nitro” Clark in studio talking about his new book, F*CK DYING.

In 2013, Dan had a heart attack. Facing his mortality, he wanted to shine a light on what was important in life. He has been featured on media outlets such as the Today show, Good Morning America, The Early Show, Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, ESPN, Tyra Banks Show, People, Time, Esquire, Men’s Health, Maxim, and the Huffington Post. Dan lives in the Hollywood Hills. He was the last straight guy to date Ellen, even if it was on TV. And yep, he Crossfits. This is his second book.

We find out the key changes Dan has made in his life since this life event happened and he gives viewers some tips on how to live your BEST life. His kickstarter campaign ends on August 23rd but you will be able to get this amazing book on Amazon after August 23rd. Details Here:

We love his story and his perseverance in life. Just 15 months after the heart attack, Dan won a crossfit competition. From gladiator to meditator, we absolutely loved spending the day with this guy!
