We also speak to Lynette about the services she offers her clients.

From Mobile events to catering or personal chef services, where she can come out and cook for you, she is the perfect gift to give this Christmas!

She can customize a menu for you and your event, and she delivers all the food to you! YASSS!

About Lynette:

My name is Lynette James, the owner and chef of The Étouffée Café on wheels. I am passionate about food and healing which has been fueled by my own health and spiritual journey.

During this journey, I have learned from both books and personal experiences, that food can be a powerful tool in healing. Food can not only help aid the body in healing from physical ailments but also spiritual and emotional ailments as well.

Our food in the U.S. has become littered with GMO’s and chemicals both in processed food and in our processed food which blocks our body from functioning properly.

One of these aspects that I have studied is how food affects our chakras that run through our body so I infuse my cooking with love and positive energy to help provide balance and harmony to your meals.

I am excited to hear from you soon so I can create a fabulous meal that will make both your taste buds and your chakras sing.

A brief example of just some of the foods that will jump start balance for your belly:

Root Chakra – Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is said to facilitate movement within the body. Eat more proteins, root vegetables and minerals, such as red meats, red potatoes, eggs, carrots, beets, and paprika to aid this Chakra’s functionality

We loved having our fitness expert, Markshane Malone on the show to show us how to burn calories over the holidays and how you can use resistance bands to do your workout anywhere!

Markshane Malone and Shape Up San Diego:

Markshane Malone’s personal training career began with a wish for his mother’s health and a determination to change his own body image and the way he felt about himself. He turned to training himself first, setting goals and reaching them through perseverance.
