Nov. 12th Special Health Episode with Harris, The Fit Brit

We talk healthy options for the Holidays and how to substitute regular unhealthy food options for Healthy ones! Harris breaks down some easy snacks you can have on hand so that you don’t get Hangary and eat something you shouldn’t during busy times.

We also talked about some fitness tips and workouts you can do to feel your best over the holidays! We tested out the Jessica Simpson Workout kit which you can find at Marshall’s for $25.00 and on her website!

It includes, ankle weights, a jump rope, 5 resistance bands and a yoga mat!
