Live Show Friday March 11th:

Sponsored by Irish Congress of Southern California and the San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade

We welcomed: 2 amazing local entrepreneurs and two Awesome Men:

Joseph Hale, Owner/Founder of Lonesome Rider Coffee, Vetran & family-owned company which brings coffee to your kitchen from Asia, Africa, and Central/South America.

Lonesome Rider Coffee is a USMC veteran owned and family operated coffee company.

Lonesome Rider Coffee established in mid 2019 in Santee, California, and although they do not have a physical storefront they provide services in various farmers markets and pop up events across San Diego County.

Their coffee is always roasted fresh to order in small batches to let you experience how coffee was intended to be tasted. At Lonesome Rider Coffee they believe the best tasting coffee must come directly from the earth from organic and sustainable sources. Their coffee is roasted without any harmful additives or artificial flavoring, giving the best tasting coffee to our customers.

Since day one they were and still are very committed to helping the local community. They actively sponsor several youth athletic organizations from across San Diego County from El Cajon to Oceanside. They have also partnered with a few veteran-based nonprofit organizations and even created a Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign which they donate 25% from all sales of each branded charity products.

Lonesome Rider Coffee won the East County Chamber of Commerce Best New Business of 2021 and is current nominated for 2021 Best of Santee.

Inspiration for his company:

In Joseph’s words:
During an Afghanistan deployment, we did not have an ample supply of coffee in the hangar. The base store was out and the squadron was running low. A few of us sent emails out to various large coffee companies such as: Starbucks, Dunkin’, Peet’s, Black Rifle…). A few weeks went by and received emails from Starbucks with an “I’m sorry” response. The others responder back with “yes, thank you fir your service” but nothing came. Surprisingly, Black Rifle never responded back to any of our emails. Flash forward a few years for a carrier deployment to Japan. Visited several Southeast Asian and Pacific Rim countries within the few months at sea. With each port call, I experienced the local coffee shops and each blew my mind with the quality and flavor of each Coffee drink.
