According to Harpers Bazzaar: The biggest winter 2023 beauty trends will still show signs of autumn’s most popular looks, from bows to dark gothic vibes. But some ideas from the spring runways have started to trickle into the mix as well—and when you add in the festivity the holidays, it’s bound to be a fun beauty season.
