San Diego’s Own The Barking Lot, a no kill shelter located in El Cajon California organized the first ever music event of it’s kind benefitting animal welfare on Saturday November 3rd, 2012. It was held at Mission Brewery in downtown San Diego. Guests drank craft beers and were entertained by 4 bands, including the Paul Cannon Band, Christopher Dale, The Makepeace Brothers Band, and San Diego’s own Steve Poltz. The Pulse takes you inside the event and introduces you to founder of the Barking Lot, Stacy Parmer to learn her story and all about her amazing organization. Stacy is so passionate about what she does to help her furry friends. They are a 501C 3 Non Profit organization and are looking for any assistance they can get to aid their cause. Check out their website to see how you can get involved.
