If you know the Pulse, you know we love to get pampered, have our nails always looking fabulous, and of course have our champagne. We fell in love with Bellemani a few years ago when they opened their doors in La Jolla. After the original owner sold the place, the service and atmosphere changed for a while, but 3rd owner Tiffany Nyguyen took over in December and business is booming due to their awesome customer service and loyal clientele. What do we like about this gem of a salon?
When you enter the salon you will notice the calming scent of essential oils, there are no yucky fumes because they do not do acrylic nails. They are a green certified business and believe in an all natural environment. Believe me, you can tell right away!
Tiffany and her staff use non-toxic products and all natural ingredients and use organic whenever possible. They have an array of non toxic nail polishes (we love Butter London) and natural lotions and oils. They offer mineral free and paraben free lotions and oils including grape seed and almond.
Their recipes for their signature manicures and pedicures are insane and smell so yummy you want to eat them! Some of our favorites are Peruvian Chocolate and Tuscan Wine. We like the peppermint treatment when your feet are really tired!
For the Pulse Team to like a spa, we need cleanliness especially if we are going to dip our tootsies in anything. Bellemani sterilizes all their instruments and use disposable pedicure tub liners and disposable tools, SCORE!
They offer manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, and eyelash extensions and they have custom packages for you to make your experience perfect. We usually do a girls night or team mani/pedi session and bring in food and drinks!
Whether it is a girls night out, a wedding party, or a kids birthday party, Tiffany and her team can take care of all the work for you. Isn’t that the best part? So sit back, have a glass of bubbly and be prepared to be pampered. It is fabulous!!
