John Varvatos Enterprises is pleased to announce the opening of its newest retail location at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, California. Totaling 3,500 square feet, the John Varvatos San Diego store marks the opening of the 24nd John Varvatos store worldwide.

The Pulse was their to see the VIP sneak peek on August 14th. We have to admit we are OBSESSED with this brand and used to drive up to LA and South Coast Plaza to get our shop on there. We love the edgy, rock and roll vibe and a man dressed in Varvatos is a man we love to look at! Guests were treated to John Varvatos cologne!

As is true for all John Varvatos boutiques, the creation of an edgy, music-inspired atmosphere combined with old world design will play a vital role in the new San Diego space. The store front features a glazed brick and antique-finished zinc metal window-front, reinforcing and paying tribute to the brand’s artisanal roots and passion for craftsmanship. In partnership with Rock Paper Photo, the walls are decorated with a well curated yet eclectic selection of music photography inspired by southern California, including portraits and live-performance shots of internationally known and So-Cal musicians, from Led Zeppelin and Bruce Springsteen to The Mamas and the Papas and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. (UHM, we LOVE this aspect of the boutique and literally wanted to buy all the photos off the wall!)
The floors are composed of rift and quartered wood, which elegantly contrast with the clean canvas of the white brick walls.

ABOUT JOHN VARVATOS:
