At 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2016 Presented by Capital One at STAPLES Center, the stars were out in full force on the third stop of the national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour 2016.
The event featured iconic and emerging performers including: Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Meghan Trainor, Fifth Harmony, Diplo, Alessia Cara, Lukas Graham and Daya plus a Special Guest appearance from Niall Horan.
Bruno Mars opened the sold-out show in Los Angeles. He was joined with A-List performers like Britney Spears who celebrated her 35th Birthday on the Jingle Balls stage with a cake! (She was very surprised!!!) She took fans through her top hits with 2013’s “Work B*tch,” before venturing into pop gems like “Womanizer,” “I’m A Slave 4 U,” “Toxic” and, of course, “Make Me” off her recently-released LP, Glory. Tinashe appeared as the special guest for the first time collaborative performance of the new single, “Slumber Party.” We still cannot believe how gorgeous Britney looks! She just gets better and better!
Justin Bieber took the stage for his Jingle Ball 2016 debut. He performed songs like “Where Are Ü Now,” “Boyfriend,” “Company,” “What Do You Mean,” “Let Me Love You,” and “Sorry.” We loved how he whipped out his guitar, and sang “Love Yourself” and covered one of our all time favorite songs, Tracy Chapman’s 1988 hit “Fast Car.”
The Jingle Ball Tour, is the season’s biggest annual music event that captures the holiday spirit of the iHeartRadio app, in Dallas, San Francisco/San Jose, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Tampa and Miami. The concert also donated $1.00 of each ticket sold to The Ryan Seacrest Foundation — a non-profit organization, which is dedicated to inspiring today’s youth through entertainment and education focused initiatives.
The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball 2016 Tour is presented by Capital One. Additional proud partners of this year’s national iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour event(s) include: Allstate Insurance Company, Macy’s, The CW Network, Ulta, Mondelez and Verizon. 102.7 KIIS FM’s Jingle Ball 2016 is also sponsored locally by the 2017 Chevy Cruze and Westfield Malls.
