The Scoop:

I was so honored to be included in Locale Magazine’s PoWer Up Women’s Conference.

I was asked to moderate a panel on a topic I am very passionate about. The name of the panel was “Ain’t no Mountain High Enough,” and it was all about mountains and obstacles that the panelists have had in their life and how they have overcome them.

 

The panel included some pretty fabulous women I respect and admire a great deal!

Ali Grant, founder of BeSocial PR, Nadia Mejia, Miss California USA 2016, and Morgan Harper Nichols, a Writer, Arist and Storyteller.

I was blown away by their candor and their honesty and what they had to say to really inspire the attendees to NEVER GIVE UP!

 

What is Power Up?
“PoWer Up is a women’s conference dedicated to empowering, enlightening, and encouraging local women to be unapologetically themselves. LOCALE Magazine gathered strong female leaders to share their stories, talents and expertise on why the future is female.”

Guests were treated to an array of activations from the “perfect lips” by Sephora, to food and drinks provided by some pretty fabulous vendors.

 

I think I was blown away by all the panels and the caliber of women that were at the event speaking & attending! It was good vibes all the way around with everyone being very authentic and uplifting.
