MATALUCCI KITCHEN
In this episode of the Cindy Chronicles, I am home in New Jersey with my Dad and Uncle Michael cooking our Family meatball recipe. The recipe is my Grandmother Joesephine’s and has been in the family for years.
Josephine does not like to give the actual recipe, so everyone thinks they have it and make it to the best of their ability.
We think she leaves off a few ingredients on purpose but Uncle Mike swears he has it down. My grandmother is 99 and still in good shape! Bless her heart!!
My Dad is not a chef and does not enjoy cooking so when he told me he and his brother had made the recipe I said, we need to do this when I come home and we are filming this one. As you can see it is pure comedy in the Matalucci kitchen with my Dad just as bossy as ever.
My Dad’s wife Donna told us that he has not cooked for her in 22 years! This is something for the record books!
My Uncle Mike says you can add whatever you like to this recipe. Make it a few times and add things to spice it up. You can fry them in oil or bake them!
Love these two and hope you enjoy this! We ate most of the meatballs before they cooled!
