You know we love our wine at the Pulse and one of our favorite local wineries, is Domaine Artefact in Escondido. We love the French selection of wines here based on the Rhone Wine region.
Owners Lynn and Mark have built this winery from the ground up and are involved in everything from planting and managment.
This is a 100 percent sustainable estate and they have a zero carbon footprint which we also admire. They ship wines in 100% recycled Styrofoam free boxes and 100% recycled materials.
The decor and ambiance is fabulous and it is dog friendly.
They do a fabulous cheese plate here for $25.00 and the tastings are $15.00 for 5 wines! Check in on yelp for 20% off a tasting or a glass of wine!

WHITE WINE BLEND
Tasting Notes
On the palate, this full-bodied white wine blend is chock full of white aromatic flowers, Charentais melon, apricots, stone fruits, golden delicious apple, lemon curd, pineapple, lemon grass, star jasmine, candied, lemon, lemon verbena, honey-grapefruit and star fruit. There is nice structure to this wine with toasty Marcona almonds and apricots, followed by ripe and luscious melons on the finish.
