About Echoes:
Founded by Stacia and Luc Robitaille, Echoes of Hope is a nonprofit that strives to awaken the spirit of hope in the lives of children, youth, & young adults in need by alleviating barriers & helping them reach their full potential. Since opening its doors in 2007, Echoes of Hope has helped thousands of at-risk and emancipated foster youth succeed by providing the resources, love, and support they so richly deserve.
Each year, over 4,000 foster youth “age out” of the foster care system in California alone. Without the proper tools and resources, these youth can fall victim to homelessness, suicide, drug abuse, prostitution, and other devastating circumstances.
By investing in educational avenues for our nation’s most vulnerable youth, we are able to create professional and personal development pathways that can change the course of their futures. Through our core programs, over 98% of the youth involved have graduated from a 4-year college/university.
In 2018 alone, Echoes of Hope assisted more than 1400 current/former foster, at-risk, and low-income students and families in need throughout the country. We could not provide our services without the generosity of people like you.
