I am going to keep it real with you. So far 2020 has not been great for me! When I lost my Mom suddenly I knew I needed to heal. I was seeking a balance and some sort of recharge. I wanted to connect to all the things I lost and reconnect to my body!
I heard about energy healing and really wanted to try it. I was referred to Laura Medina from Lauravive and decided to try it. My first session was great and I slept like a baby that night.
I wanted to continue on this journey and wanted to take you on this with me. I need to personally work on my sleeping and also taking time to center myself. This is exactly what I am needing right now.
Results so far:
Laura always picks out a card for you after the session to read and has recommendations on what you can do on your own for energy clearing.
I need to listen more to understand and to pick up intuitive cues! Very true!

experience and is considered a specialist in Energy Medicine. Her holistic approach to helping

Laura also works as an operating room nurse, where she offers a peaceful, loving, healing presence to her patients, doctors, and surgical team before, during and after surgery.
