We love Dr. Kat Gallus From Restore SD Plastic Surgery and the fact that she is offering Virtual phone consults now to talk with patients who might be considering treatments in the future!

The Food & Restaurant industry have been hit probably the hardest. How can we support and help them?

Today, the conglomerate, San Diego Dining Group which includes of Greystone the Steakhouse, Saltwater, Osetra, Butchers Cut and Osteria Panevino announced that it will turn its restaurants into Community Kitchens during the Coronavirus pandemic, serving the community in the frontlines of the effort to contain Covid-19

Good News: all nurses, doctors, research medical labs staff, health care specialists, police department,fire departments and first responders.  They are local heroes!!!

Starting Wednesday, March 18th – March 22, 2020 the staff of such organizations mentioned can bring in a valid ID from 11am to 1pm to Saltwater located on 565 Fifth Ave San Diego CA 92101 and will be given a free meal to-go.


Many restaurants are offering curbside takeout and pic up!

In our area By Park, Bay Park Fish Company is doing this. The Lot in La Jolla is also doing this now!

In collaboration with the San Diego County Office of Education and San Diego Unified School District, KPBS has launched an at-home learning response to school closures for all children and youth in San Diego and Imperial counties. This response includes a new educational schedule for broadcast on KPBS 2, as well as free digital content for at-home learning and support for teachers and parents navigating this new learning landscape throughout the state.

Netflix has a ton of educational Homeschool videos and content for you to stream!
