It’a all about music! Something we are very passionate about here at the Pulse.

We start our show with an exclusive interview with Brad Arnold, lead singer of 3 Doors Down to talk about the Better Life 20th Anniversary Tour and the concert at Harrah’s Resort SoCal- happening on Friday, Aug 27

We then sit down with local fitness and wellness expert turned singer/songwriter, Lauren Griffith. Lauren inspires us and shows our viewers why you should never give up on your dreams!

3 Doors Down:

Formed in 1996, Grammy Award®-nominated multi-platinum Mississippi rock band 3 Doors Down
consistently captivates audiences worldwide. The quintet’s many accolades include selling 20 million albums globally, receiving a Grammy nomination, two American Music Awards, and five BMI Pop Awards for songwriting, including “Songwriter of the Year.”

Their debut, The Better Life, became certified seven-times RIAA platinum and was fueled by the success of juggernaut hit “Kryptonite.”

In 2021, in celebration of its 20th Anniversary, for the first time ever, the band will play The Better Life in its entirety, front to back, along with the rest of their hits.

We get the scoop on the tour, his early musical inspirations and much more from lead singer Brad Arnold.

The band is coming to San Diego and playing at Harrahs Resort SoCal on August 27th!
The Better Life 20th Anniversary Tour is Produced by Live Nation and tickets for the tour are available HERE.

Special guests Seether, who currently have the #1 Record at Rock Radio, will join the tour as direct support on select dates throughout the summer.

Lauren Griffith:

Fitness and wellness expert Lauren Griffith is best known for her 12-Week Transformation Program, one-on-one coaching, high-energy fitness classes, corporate wellness and instructor training programs.

Lauren continues to create fitness and yoga programs to motivate and inspire her clients, including various at-home fitness products, such as Agility Barre®. After her studies, she went on to teach a wide variety of fitness and mind-body classes and continue her passion for helping others.

Lauren shares her story with us about always wanting to be a singer, since the time she was little, but had feelings of self doubt and that she was not good enough.

Years later she had a defining moment when she met Ginny Luke, a Vocalist, electronic violinist, and recording artist, who inspired her to pursue her singing and helped her with her first single.

Lauren debuts her first single “My Life Now,” on our show exclusively accompanied by guitarist Aaron Nichols.
