We were so impressed with Veronica Carrillo who organized the whole trip for us! It was for our networking group Elite Networking!
Veronica, from All About Baja Wines specializes in Prívate Wine Trips & Special Events to Valle de Guadalupe wine country.
Veronica is a wine enthusiast, travel and event planner Focusing on promoting Baja wines in a fun, simple, and interesting way!
She planned the perfect day for the group and it was MAGICAL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had 12 people!!
We met our sprinter van in Old Town Transit Center and got on our way to Mexico 🇲🇽🇲🇽
The first stop was Mina Penelope a beautiful boutique winery settled at the beginning of the Wine Route of Valle de Guadalupe.
We loved all of the wines!
Veronica the owner shared her story and her passion for making wine with us!
The vineyard was breathtaking! We especially loved the sauvignon blanc and the Pet-Nat from the cabernet sauvignon grape!
Oh and Florentina, Veronica’s dog was adorable!!! 🐾🐾🐾
We were then off to the Second Winery, Hacienda Guadalupe.
We got to enjoy a wine tasting accompanied by a Charcuterie Platter with local products in their beautiful tasting room with access to their terrace overlooking the vast vineyards of the Valley.
We met Gaby Melchum, the owner who gave us a tour and the tastings and spent the afternoon with us sharing her story and passion for making wines!
Oh and I scored a beautiful hat here too! 👒
We were then off to the Third Winery, Lechuza Winery where we were treated to a wine tasting right in front of their vineyards, in a private and home style setting.
We met Kris the owner and she spent some time with us educating us on the wines and her story of being a female entrepreneur and wine maker! 👊🏼
The chardonnay here is amazing and many of the ladies bought some of it!
We all shared some stories and dreams together which made it the perfect afternoon.
Lastly we had Dinner at Finca Altozano, a beautiful open terrace restaurant located in the heart of the Valley.
Founded by the well known chef Javier Plascencia. It was lively, with a great crowd and live music.
The views are amazing and the food was delicious. We had espresso martini’s, fried oysters, the lemon seabass, the tuna tartare and MORE!!!
We left with our bellies full and our hearts grateful💓💓 stay tuned for a spotlight on each location 🎥
